The people at Fluitron are devoted to providing new and better-engineered products for the chemical and related industries and to serve our customers with integrity. 	Our People Fluitron has approximately 35 full time employees with a combined 150 plus years experience in the high-pressure industry. Most of our key people have been with Fluitron for more than 10 years. We believe that the skill and energy of the people involved in the company determine the success of a company. The people at Fluitron are devoted to providing new and better-engineered products for the chemical and related industries and to serve our customers with integrity. Our Facility Fluitron's plant and offices are located about 30 miles northwest of Philadelphia (about 1 hour from Philadelphia International Airport and 2 hours from Newark, NJ International Airport), in Ivyland, PA. This site, which the company moved to in 1981, includes 16,000 square feet of manufacturing space (doubled from 8,000 square feet in 1998 (and office space that was doubled to 4,000 square feet in 1985.
Fluitron has an excellent machine shop, which allows us to do practically all of our own machining. All engineering, assembly, and testing of our equipment are also done in our plant. A complete facilities list is available for your review. Plant Expansion In early 1999, Fluitron completed a major plant expansion, which has increased not only our size but our capabilities as well. We have increased our manufacturing space from 8,000 to 16,000 square feet. Our assembly area now has a 20-foot high ceiling and numerous upgrades to our lifting and handling capabilities. Machine Shop We have increased our machining capabilities through the purchase of a 30" x 43" vertical machining center (VMC).
